How to find out more and get help
The Scheme website at www.rolls-roycepensions.com has a lot of information about your pension. We’ve got a dedicated Help & Support tab on the homepage and there’s more detailed member information available when you log into your account.
If you can’t find the information you’re looking for, you can use the Contact Us feature in your online account, send an email to [email protected] or call the pensions team on 01332 333335.

Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure
The Trustee Directors have an Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure available to UK Pension Fund members. This procedure is in line with statutory requirements. In the event of a member wishing to make a complaint, the first point of contact for all disputes is to send it in writing to the Secretary to the Trustee:
